Information you choose to provide
The service-request form asks for your name, phone number, optional email, preferred location, truck details, problem description, current truck location, roadside-assistance preference, and optional comments. The website submits these fields to its service-request endpoint so the inquiry can be recorded.
How form information is used
Requests are routed by preferred shop. South River and Paterson staff can access their own shop's requests, and requests marked “Unsure / ask me” appear in both inboxes. Staff use this private inbox to record whether a request is new, contacted, or closed. No email notification is sent.
Phone calls and directions
When you select a phone link, your device opens the number you chose. Map links open Google Maps. No automatic call routing occurs. The site does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers by default.
Analytics
Optional GA4 event readiness is dormant unless a site owner installs analytics and the visitor has opted in through an explicit consent mechanism. No consentless analytics event is sent by this frontend.
Retention and deletion
Service requests are automatically deleted 180 days after submission. Shop staff can also permanently delete an individual request from the private inbox. Access requires a shop-specific password, and customer details are not available through public pages or public request APIs.
Brand and operator distinction
Truck Repairs NJ is the website/marketing brand; actual operating-business identities can be disclosed once confirmed. The two location names and contact details on this site are presented for customer contact; they do not assert a legal entity identity.
